The Space
The Kona Cottage is a lovely one-story 3 bedroom 2 bath home thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind and convenience for a relaxing vacation.
Recently renovated to make your stay extra special, the cottage is loaded with a fully stocked kitchen, AC (main living and master), coffee/tea, toiletries, extra linens, outdoor grill, and yard space with privacy.
Main bedroom: king-sized Tempur-Pedic® mattress
Second bedroom: queen-sized Puffy® mattress
Third bedroom: king-sized Tempur-Pedic® mattress
Sleeper sofa: queen
Complimentary with your stay: beach towels, chairs(4), umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear(4), beach toys, body boards(2), and surfboards.
While the home can host up to 8 guests, we think the perfect group size is around 6. We'd be glad to host 8, be mindful this will get a bit cozier :)

The Kona Cottage is very private and located on property shared with the owner. Owner is in separate building nearby and will respect your privacy.
This is a BYOS (bring your own Subscription). SmartTV's in living and master bedroom have basic Roku TV channels and can support your favorite subscription service.
The neighborhood is a quiet, lush, tropical cul-de-sac with homes nearby. Sometimes neighbors can be heard given their closer proximity.
Because you are in the tropics, bugs and coqui frogs are in the area. We do everything we can to mitigate bugs inside.

Hey there! Travis and Andrea here and we’re glad to be hosting you! We have a big family, enjoy surfing, our pets, the beach, and live in Kona, HI. Travis and Andrea are in real estate and partner together in hosting vacationing guests. When we aren't busy working, we like to get away and do family trips.
